Training activities to learn Spanish in our spanish school

We acknowledge that extra curricular activities are a great way of practicing Spanish outside the classroom. Activities enable students to learn as much Spanish as possible during their time in Spain, to get to know the city and help them enjoy their time here. Our social programme includes guided tours of Salamanca, regular evenings out with students and teachers, Spanish films and full day excursions. The programme is optional and some of the activities are free of charge. You will find detailed information about our social programme in the board.

Dinners

What is better than having a big dinner with nice friends? We organize regular evenings out with teachers and students in one the many restaurants of the city. It is a great opportunity to get to know students and teachers, to have a typical local dinner, and to taste the delicious local cuisine. Seize the opportunity of eating out and enjoy the friendly atmosphere!

Excursions

It is a great way to get to know nearby Spanish cities and to discover some lovely Spanish and Portuguese villages. The programme includes full day or two days long excursions. We take charge of booking bus, buy entrances, booking hotels, organizing visits. Excursions requires the payment of a charge and also requires a minimum number of participants. Students may find detailed information about the excursions in our board or they may suggest excursions they would like to do.

Film

Films may be a great opportunity to improve language skills and to learn Spanish in a different and funny way. Our programme includes a great selection of the best Spanish films ever. Films may also be a great way to go into Spanish life and culture.

Party nights

One of Salamanca’s biggest attractions is its amazing nightlife. You can find tons of bars and clubs teeming with national and international students. Heading for here is a sure way to have a great time! Discover Salamanca nightlife and don’t miss the university party nights! In Salamanca you will soon be caught by a real night fever!

Tapas

We organize regular tapas tour. Tapas are small bites of food which are served in bars all over the city. People often go to bar to eat tapas after work or before having dinner. Tapas are a real Spanish institution and Salamanca is no exception. You will always find lively and noisy bars teeming with people, to eat some delicious tapas and drink a caña (beer) or a glass of wine. Do not miss tortilla de patatas (Spanish omelette) or the tasty chorizo (spicy sausage). Seize the opportunity of the funny tapas tour with the students and the teachers. Going to bar de tapas is a great way to immerse in the Spanish life and pick its most traditional custom.
